3. Delivery Time

  • Remote or far-flung areas may take 5–7 business days.
  • You will receive a tracking number (where available) once your order is dispatched, so you can follow your delivery status.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • We proudly offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready for our courier partner at the time of delivery.
  • Our team may call or message you to confirm your order before dispatch.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will share your tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, or email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery 2–3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after multiple attempts, the order may be returned to us.
  • Please ensure your address and phone number are accurate and reachable when placing your order.

While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

8. Damaged Packages
